We organize annual conferences, strategic networking events, and maintain a closed online forum exclusively for KNAA members. These platforms facilitate professional connections, knowledge sharing, and career advancement opportunities.

Professional Development

We offer continuing education courses, certification programs, specialized webinars, and access to experienced preceptors. Our professional development initiatives are designed to help nurses advance their careers and achieve their professional goals.

A Sacred Duty

The KNAA Honor Guard

The Kenyan Nurses Association of America (KNAA) Honor Guard plays a vital role in honoring and preserving the legacy of nurses who devoted their lives to caring for others. Through ceremonial tributes for our fallen heroes, the Honor Guard demonstrates respect, dignity, and gratitude for their service and sacrifice. It also provides comfort and support to grieving families while upholding the proud traditions and values of the nursing profession.

In addition, the Honor Guard strengthens unity within the Kenyan nursing community in America and inspires future generations to embrace compassion, professionalism, and selfless service in healthcare. It serves as a reminder that nursing is not only a career, but also a calling rooted in service, humanity, and community.

We encourage nurses to actively engage with and support KNAA and its initiatives, including the Honor Guard. Strong professional organizations thrive through the participation, commitment, and collective support of their members. By staying connected and involved, we help ensure that KNAA remains a strong and dependable source of support, advocacy, and fellowship for our nursing community both in times of celebration and times of need.

Together, we can continue building a culture of unity, service, and mutual support while honoring the remarkable contributions of nurses past and present.
